Drawing from my own experience as a first-generation immigrant, I offer understanding for those navigating cross-cultural transitions, identity exploration, and belonging challenges. I work with clients experiencing emotional difficulties including anxiety, mood fluctuations, and self-worth struggles, while providing support through trauma, loss, and burnout. My approach addresses relationship patterns, attachment styles, and communication barriers, helping clients develop healthier connections. I also guide those facing significant life transitions, existential questions, and personal development journeys.
