Woman Meditating at Home

Mindfulness is the practice of directing our attention to the present moment without judgment. In line with the Gestalt approach's emphasis on present-moment awareness, mindfulness practices offer a powerful way to deepen our connection with ourselves and our experiences.

In the online mindfulness groups I facilitate, participants come together in a shared virtual space to develop and strengthen their awareness skills. The group format creates a unique opportunity to experience mindfulness not only as an individual practice but also as a collective journey, reflecting the Gestalt principle that we exist and grow in relationship with others.

These groups combine guided meditation practices with opportunities for reflection and sharing. My experience facilitating mindfulness workshops at a rehabilitation center has shown me how group practice can create a supportive environment for developing awareness and presence. I've witnessed how the collective energy of a group can enhance individual practice while offering diverse perspectives that enrich everyone's experience.

The online format makes these groups accessible and convenient, allowing you to engage from the comfort of your own space. Through regular practice in a supportive community, you can develop greater emotional awareness and cultivate self-compassion in your daily life.

These groups are formed based on participant interest and do not follow a fixed schedule. When sufficient interest is expressed, I will organize a group and determine meeting times that accommodate participants' availability. This flexible approach allows the groups to form organically around the needs and schedules of those interested in participating.

If you're interested in joining an upcoming mindfulness group, please contact me to express your interest. I will notify you when a new group is forming and provide details about participation.
